Diorama legal

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Diorama handles information when you visit the website, create an account, upload content, generate media, or contact support.

Last updated: August 14, 2026

1. Who this policy covers

Diorama is operated by Ganges Technologies (“Diorama,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy applies to the Diorama website, application, and related services that link to it. It does not govern third-party websites, providers, or social platforms that you access through Diorama.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information: name, email address, authentication identifiers, and account preferences.
  • Project and User Content: product images, uploaded media, prompts, scripts, reference assets, voice or avatar selections, generated images, audio, video, captions, and project settings.
  • Billing information: billing region, offer and subscription details, credit balances, payment status, and transaction identifiers; payment card details are handled by the applicable payment provider.
  • Technical and usage information: device and browser information, IP address, timestamps, requests, error logs, feature usage, and security events.
  • Support information: messages and contact details you provide when requesting help.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • create and maintain accounts, projects, generated media, and requested workflows;
  • send User Content to the selected storage, billing, AI, audio, image, video, and other providers needed to fulfill a request;
  • process purchases, subscriptions, credits, refunds, fraud checks, and accounting;
  • provide support, communicate service notices, and respond to requests;
  • secure the service, detect abuse, debug failures, and enforce our Terms;
  • measure reliability and improve the product using operational and aggregate insights; and
  • comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

4. AI processing and User Content

When you request a generation or analysis, the relevant prompt, reference, and project data may be transmitted to the AI or media provider selected for that workflow. We do not intentionally use customer User Content to train our own general-purpose models. Third-party providers may process submitted content under their own terms, privacy policies, retention settings, and contractual commitments; review those terms before submitting sensitive or confidential material.

Do not upload personal, confidential, regulated, or biometric information unless you are authorized to do so and the requested processing is appropriate. You are responsible for obtaining consent and other permissions for people, voices, likenesses, and materials included in your User Content.

5. When we share information

We share information with service providers that help operate Diorama, such as Firebase, AWS/S3, Stripe, Razorpay, OpenAI, Google/Gemini, Fal, ElevenLabs, Replicate, PostHog, Crisp, Sentry, hosting providers, and other providers selected for a requested workflow. We may also share information with professional advisers, law enforcement or regulators when required, and a successor in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets. We do not sell personal information for money.

6. International processing

Diorama and its providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use appropriate contractual, organizational, or other safeguards for international transfers. Provider-specific terms may contain additional transfer information.

7. Retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain account and project history, complete billing and legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain secure backups. Retention varies by data type and provider. You may request deletion of your account or User Content by emailing contact@usediorama.com; some records may need to be retained where required by law or legitimate security and accounting needs.

8. Cookies and analytics

Diorama uses essential storage and similar technologies to keep the service working and may use analytics and support tools, including PostHog and Crisp, to understand usage, diagnose issues, and provide assistance. Browser settings can restrict cookies and similar technologies, although some features may stop working. Where a consent choice is legally required, it should be presented before optional tracking is enabled.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service, but no online system, transmission, or storage method is completely secure. Do not submit secrets or highly sensitive information that the workflow does not require. Report suspected unauthorized access by emailing support@usediorama.com.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, object to, or withdraw consent for certain processing, and to appeal a privacy decision. You may exercise applicable rights by emailing contact@usediorama.com. We may verify your identity and may need to retain information required by law. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

11. Children

Diorama is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, email contact@usediorama.com so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

12. Policy changes and contact

We may update this policy as our service, providers, or legal obligations change. We will post the updated version and revise the “Last updated” date; material changes may also be communicated through the service or by email where appropriate. For privacy questions or requests, email contact@usediorama.com.
