Diorama legal

Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of Diorama, including its AI-assisted video, image, audio, avatar, and editing workflows.

Last updated: August 14, 2026

1. Acceptance and the service

By creating an account, accessing Diorama, or using any Diorama feature, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Diorama is operated by Ganges Technologies and provides AI-assisted tools for planning, generating, editing, and exporting marketing content, including regular product ads, Story Grid ads, Product Shoot workflows, Creator UGC, animated ads, and related image, audio, and video assets.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority where you live. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, keeping your credentials secure, and all activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

3. Credits, subscriptions, and payments

Some features consume credits or require a paid plan. Current prices, credit amounts, billing region, payment provider, and any applicable expiration rules are shown before purchase. Payments may be processed by Stripe, Razorpay, or another displayed payment provider; their terms may also apply. Subscription credits may expire at the end of the applicable billing cycle, while top-up treatment is governed by the offer shown at purchase.

Unless required by law or expressly stated for a particular offer, purchases are non-refundable after credits or a paid service have been used. Failed billable operations may be reversed or refunded where the service indicates that a failure refund applies. You remain responsible for taxes, currency conversion charges, and any fees charged by your payment provider.

4. Your content and permissions

You retain your rights in the images, video, audio, text, prompts, product materials, personal likenesses, voices, and other content you submit or connect to Diorama (“User Content”). You represent that you have the rights, permissions, and lawful basis needed for us and our providers to process that content to provide the service, including permission from people whose face or voice is used.

You grant Diorama a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, reproduce, transform, transmit, and process User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service, fulfill your requests, prevent abuse, and comply with law. We do not acquire ownership of your User Content through this license.

5. Generated outputs

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable third-party rights, you may use outputs generated for your account for your lawful business and personal purposes. Outputs may include scripts, storyboards, Story Grid panels, product and character references, voiceover, music, captions, generated images, video clips, and compiled ads. Outputs may be similar to content generated for other users, may contain errors or artifacts, and may include elements subject to provider, stock, music, voice, or other third-party terms. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and confirming that your intended use is lawful and properly licensed.

6. AI limitations and human review

Diorama uses automated and AI-assisted systems. Generated scripts, image prompts, storyboards, panels, characters, environments, voices, music, videos, timing, captions, and recommendations are not guaranteed to be accurate, original, complete, available, or suitable for a particular purpose. You must review and approve content before publication, especially claims about products, people, health, safety, performance, or regulated activities.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use Diorama to violate law or third-party rights; create deceptive, defamatory, hateful, abusive, sexually exploitative, or fraudulent content; impersonate people without permission; infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or biometric rights; evade safeguards; reverse engineer the service; interfere with its operation; or upload malware, credentials, or information you are not authorized to share.

8. Third-party services

Diorama relies on third-party services for authentication, storage, billing, analytics, support, and AI/media processing. Those services may have separate terms and privacy policies. A provider outage, policy change, or safety restriction may affect a generation or feature without making Diorama responsible for the provider’s systems.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or restrict features if we reasonably believe these Terms or law have been violated, an account creates risk, payment is reversed, or the service must be protected. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions concerning content rights, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations, indemnity, and dispute handling survive termination.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Diorama is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or output accuracy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Diorama and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Diorama, its operator, personnel, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your User Content, your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the service changes or as required by law. We will post the updated version and revise the “Last updated” date; material changes may also be communicated through the service or by email where appropriate. For support requests, email support@usediorama.com. For legal or general enquiries, email contact@usediorama.com.

These Terms are subject to applicable law and mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence. Any dispute should first be raised by emailing support@usediorama.com so the parties can try to resolve it informally.
